At The Pup Play Hub, we want you and your furry friend to love your new gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all pet hair is removed and tags are intact.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
